Nothing happens until you tick rows and press a named button. On Google Activity that is Delete; on a playlist it is Copy, Move, Unlike or Remove.
Deleting a Google Activity entry is permanent — Google keeps no copy and offers no undo — so the confirmation names the account and the count, and a record of the run is saved first.

Or ignore a channel once, and every scan from then on skips it.
A run, on the account in the pictures
Open your Google Activity page for YouTube and press the icon. The popup says which page it sees and offers Scan. This scan read 144 entries in a few seconds — 69 watched videos, the searches between them, a couple of re-watches — page by page, the way you would scroll.
The list shows what came back: title, channel, thumbnail, and which group claims each row. Two groups here — the starter Shorts group and a 3D printing group made from two words, a channel and a minimum length — claimed 22 rows. Tick what you mean, untick what you don't; here 14 stayed ticked.
Press Delete. The confirmation reads:
Permanently delete 14 entries? Google keeps no copy.
Signed in as Yogo Organizer (support@yogo-organizer.com) — the account this acts on.
Confirm, and Yogo Organizer clicks each entry's own delete control, 1.2 seconds apart, and stops if Google refuses five in a row. A single run acts on up to 100 ticked entries and leaves the rest ticked for the next one, so a badly written group cannot empty a history in one go. A record of the run — titles, channels, dates — is under Past runs.
On a playlist the same list ends in Copy to…, Move to…, File each into its group, Unlike or Remove from playlist, each doing exactly what it says.
Nothing leaves your browser
Everything Yogo Organizer reads stays in your browser's local storage on your device. There is no Yogo Organizer server, no analytics, no YouTube Data API and no Google API — it reads pages the way your browser does and clicks the controls you would. The one optional download is Look up: press it, confirm what it will fetch, and it downloads a video's public watch page to read the category and view count, with no account or cookies attached.
The privacy policy lists what is read, where it goes and how long it is kept. Free — if it saved you an afternoon, there is a tip link in Settings.
